For orders shipped within Canada, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for order processing and shipment preparation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a higher-than-usual order volume or any unexpected delay, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

For orders shipped within Canada, tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method and fulfillment process. If tracking is available, it will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
