Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and product quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or partially consumed products.

Certain items are also non-returnable, including food and wellness products that have been opened, custom or special-order items, gift cards, promotional items, and final sale items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If your return is approved, the fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
