Cancellation policy

Customers may cancel their subscription or recurring purchase option at any time before the next billing date. To cancel, please log in to your account or contact us at info@yviproject.com 

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next scheduled order is processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under our Return Policy if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

We do not charge cancellation fees. Any discounts, promotional pricing, or subscription benefits will end once the subscription is cancelled.
